BELGRADE (Reuters) - An unknown attacker shot dead Yugoslav Defense Minister Pavle Bulatovic in a Belgrade restaurant Monday evening, pro-government Politika television quoted a Belgrade police statement as saying.

``This evening...at 18:55 p.m. in the Rad restaurant...Defense Minister Pavle Bulatovic was killed by an unknown attacker,'' the statement read out on television said.

I believe these attacks are just that, the means for developing a wholly different kind of end game than we've considered so far. I did some nosing around and had some very off-the-record conversations, and it's time to consider that the attacks against these sites are because the sites are unwilling to pay some group "protection" money.
